2. Prohibition on Human and Animal Consumption
Products sold by HoneyBioLabs are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, application, injection, administration, or any in vivo use of any kind. 3. Purchaser Qualifications

4. Account Approval and Ordering Restrictions
Account creation and order placement are limited to approved registered users. Each applicant must provide business or entity type, researcher or buyer category, and field of qualified research, and must electronically sign these Terms before account approval. HoneyBioLabs may refuse, cancel, or hold any order in its sole discretion where qualification, end use, billing, shipping destination, or compliance concerns cannot be verified. Guest checkout and one-click checkout are not available; checkout is limited to approved account holders.
5. Electronic Signature
By typing your full legal name in the qualification form and submitting it, you are providing a legally binding electronic signature agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
6. Compliance With Law
Purchaser agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, storage, handling, transfer, use, and disposal of the products, including any applicable institutional review or biosafety requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability

Shipping Policy

1. Order Review Before Shipment
Orders ship only after account qualification and payment are confirmed. HoneyBioLabs may hold, delay, cancel, or refuse any shipment where the purchaser, end use, billing address, shipping address, or recipient appears associated with a prohibited channel, or where compliance concerns cannot be verified.
2. Adult Signature Requirement
First-time orders require adult signature confirmation by a recipient 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. HoneyBioLabs may require adult signature confirmation on any subsequent order at its discretion.
3. Rates and Processing Time
Standard shipping is $9.99. Expedited shipping is $19.99. Free standard shipping is included on orders of $100 or more. Approved orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after compliance review.
4. Carriers and Tracking
Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS depending on destination and service level. Tracking information is emailed to the account holder once a shipping label is generated.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments should be reported to info@honeybiolabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products
Because of the nature of research materials, products may not be returned once shipped, except where required by law or where HoneyBioLabs determines, in its sole discretion, that a documented shipping error, transit damage, or fulfillment mistake occurred. Opened or used products, and items returned without prior authorization, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Reporting a Problem
Any delivery issue, shortage, damage claim, or order discrepancy must be reported in writing to info@honeybiolabs.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
3. Approved Resolutions
Where a claim is validated, HoneyBioLabs may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, at our sole discretion.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before they enter fulfillment, generally within 24 hours of placing the order or before you receive a shipping confirmation email, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, email info@honeybiolabs.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled under the damage or defect process above.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable processor fees, within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Posting time on your bank or card statement is determined by your issuer.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Purchasers agree to contact info@honeybiolabs.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable cardholder rights, but improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Cancellations by HoneyBioLabs
HoneyBioLabs may cancel and fully refund any order that fails age, research-use, or account-qualification verification, or where the ordered product is unavailable. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
